WE ARE A TRANSPARENT BUILDER!

What does this mean to you? It means you will be provided the following items after we submit our proposal to you so you will be informed upfront of our policies and procedures as well as what you can expect from us;

  • Detailed written proposal spelling out complete scope of work and services to be provided
  • Written concise and easy to read contract
  • Mechanic's lien contract if applicable
  • A specified completion date with daily penalty for failure to meet (certain exceptions apply)
  • Detailed item by item draw schedule to fund the project (budget)
  • References
  • Insurance certificate
  • Lien waiver forms we provide to you for each draw remitted so you know our subcontractors have been paid timely
  • Change order forms and other documents

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BUILDERS

  • You are allowed to make any changes at anytime throughout the construction project. We are always accomodating regarding any changes you may request.
  • We do not require you to make a change request in writing. We will take care of this for you and provide the additional cost to you, if any, before hand, so you can make an informed decision.
  • We do not require payment from you at the time of the change order request. We simply add or deduct the cost change from the next required draw date.
  • We do not require you to use our suppliers if you desire another one.
  • Owner Marc Hall is onsite everyday, sometimes as many as three or four times depending on the stage of construction, but always as often as is necessary.
  • We are available seven days a week for phone calls, questions or concerns.
  • We will email you daily if necessary to inform you of job issues, selections, etc.
  • Your project will be final cleaned prior to any punch walkthrough.
  • We will come for the final walkthrough with you with a detailed checklist to ensure your project is up to our exacting standards.
  • Depending on the scope of your project we will bring our painters back in six months after completion to recaulk and do paint touchup due to weatherization or foundation settlement issues.
  • We will provide not only a one year warranty for your project, but also a two year warranty for any electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues.
